The Weinbeisserei is more than a classic wine tavern in the Kamptal. Hermann Hager is completely committed to regional origins and thus serves old types of grain and cheese from the nearby Waldviertel as well as vegetables and herbs from the garden behind the house. There is also meat from the house's own, organically kept Turopolje free-range pigs, Waldviertler Blondvieh and Kamptal game, and there are also homemade pickles.
